Summer 2016 in Italy - Campig Villaggio Barricata just south of Venice. First, through Germany and Austria. On the way there we stopped at the very tidy and friendly, Apartments Glungezer in Tulfes, Austria. On the way back, we stopped off at the 4-star, but fairly priced, Hotel Traube in Wurmlingen. southern Germany.

In lovely Italy, we stayed about an hour south of Venice on the Adriatic Sea, where the Po enters the sea. This is also a Natural Park called, the Po Delta Regional Park. There, on the river Po and nest to the sea with a private beach, we stayed at the very nice Villaggio Barricata.

Many videos of Ibis, heron and more birds - sunrises, fishing harbors, even littel Venice, Chioggia and more. See Pijnacker01
